Written when I was sitting in a room, on the floor, alone, when I was very, very depressed. Thank goodness those days are behind me! If you are feeling down, go take a walk or sing into a tape recorder or your phone. Or draw something. It will pass - just be patient.

Here's the process of how it came to be on this album. I sang the words and melody into a tape recorder. Then brought it to Basil Sabra, who put chords behind it. We then brought it into the studio, where Alan, Kai and Eric of Garaj Mahal, Basil and I crafted it into a song.
